I've found every non-stick pan I've ever used to be too easily scratched or just not well made, and I always buy the apparent best available high-end products.

I am troubled by the claim that TECHNIQ pans are 100% non toxic.
I have read numerous claims to the contrary and have not seen them
included on any lists of 100% nontoxic fry pans
