Great Pot, have been using SCANPAN non-stick products for a few years and they are very sturdy and durable
Never seen any damage to non-stick surface, and no issues with dishes cooked with them

Oh how I wish I had purchased this pot ten years ago. It has primarily replaced a heavy Le Creuset that had become a terrible strain on my aging, arthritic hands and wrists but I'm also using it instead of my well-worn go-to professional 4.5 QT saute pan which has also become a bit unwieldy.
It is an extremely useful beauty.
I have purchased your pans for years. I thought they were the best non-stick available. I purchased the Professional models as they seemed to have a better non-stick coating than the others. The past 3 or 4 pans I purchased were awful. The coating was completely different than the Professional models I had purchased the past. I either threw them away or gave them away. I doubt what I am telling you is news. You must know that the pans you have shipped the last couple of years are not what you shipped in the past. Unfortunate for you. I was a loyal customer for years. No more.
