I bought this pan for my son. He is happy with the pan but the handle has become defective so he’ll have to have the pan replaced.

This pan is so useful! From enabling me to quickly saute enough pork medallions for four to crisping fried rice with vegetables in mere minutes to even braising a good-sized beef roast, it has become one of my favorites! The non-stick surface is strong enough to allow me to use metal utensils when I need to without causing damage, and it browns beautifully. I really love my Scan Pans, especially this one!

The product, when new, is excellent. However over a period of years there is separation of the nonstick coating. I’ve had a complete set of scan pan cookware for many years. I have sent back at least three pieces due to delamination and breakdown of the nonstick surface. As a whole it is a great product. Time will tell if this pan will hold up. As it is a replacement for my previous one.
This my “go to” pan. I use it for almost every meal. It is a perfect size and shape. The quality is top notch. Scrambled eggs, sauces, saute and browning…. Perfect and clean up is so quick.
