PRO S+ 8'' Fry Pan
I have two 12 inch Scanpans that are about 50 years old and are still quite functional. I expect the same from the newer models . I'll let you know in about 50 years
We have used Scanpan cookware for years. They are long-lasting; we used to replace nonstick cookware every 3 or 4 years at most, then we started using Scanpan. We've purchased Professional, Pro IQ and CS+. CS+ is heavy and heats very evenly, Professional is a good choice for fry pans and griddles, and Pro IQ should be great; I bought an 8-inch fry pan and have only used it a few times, but it looks as though it will last forever. All of our Scanpan is very easy to clean and a delight to use. We will probably never purchase another brand based on our Scanpan experience to date.

This size pan is perfect for our family. It is not heavy, which is important to me due to arthritis in my hands. I have the pans that are the next size under and above this size, and I find myself using the 10.25” very frequently since its purchase. Cooks thoroughly, but also good at getting a nice crispy crust. A breeze to clean.

Excellent non stick sirface. Seems tougher than regular classic surface.Easy clean up. Use it mostly for eggs both real and non cholesterol. NOTHING sticks to it. Have had classic scanpans since mid 90's. The only thing about the pro series that could use an improvement is the rivets in the handle. Prefer the classic smotjh edge.
