I've been using my new pans for several weeks now and am very happy with their performance. There is definitely a quality feel given the weight of these pans. Granted, all non-stick cookware is fantastic when new, time will tell how well it holds up. That being said, I'm being extra careful in the care of these pans. My only reason for leaving a star of the rating, is that with the exception of the handle, the pans especially don't look much different than the inexpensive cookware sold at the grocery store.
