We like these pans and trust they are truly looking out for our wellbeing with their ingredients. We really thought there was a care process to carry out with a new or even older pan, but we were just told to wash and use with this purchase.
So far so good, no problems with them, they perform as advertised and retain heat well. I've been very impressed and I've only had them for a few months

After trying several other brands of non-stick frying pans that didn't last very long, my sister swore by her Scan Pan pans! I decided to give them a try. Some refried beans burned onto one pan, but the cleaning instructions on the website were super helpful and worked well. The pan seems none the worse for the experience and continues to be non-stick now. So far, I'm very happy with the pans on my new induction cooktop.
