Finally able to make perfect poached eggs. I’m very particular on poaching! Probably could use the egg poach set with another pan but I’m glad I purchased both. The deeper pot gives me something to cook stir fry in w/out pulling out the wok or other dishes where a deeper saute pan is needed. Extremely happy with my purchase!

I've used the pan it's self maybe 4 times using the Poached egg insert the last time. I noticed it didn't sit down in the pan right. I took a couple pictures to send into customer service only to have them tell me "the pan is bent" and I can not take the pan back because its been used. I was flooded by this, they didn't ask questions or offer to warranty the pan.... nothing. This pan was never used over medium heat and cooled before cleaning. Tell me how it gets bent? I think it came that way when I bought it.
The quality of this set is above and beyond. I also use the pan for other cooking. I can really tell the difference in how food tastes after cooking. Super easy clean-up.

I had high hopes for this, but with the amount of time it takes to clean up, I won't be using it at all. But there is good news. I'm going back to using my Scanpan CS+ skillet to make the eggs. I wipe the skillet with butter, carefully crack the eggs and add them to the pan not breaking the yokes, add a little water, then place the pan on the burner, with the eggs on one side and the other side just touching the flames of my gas range burner set on low and cover. I can cook the eggs so the yokes are consistency desired. It's really easy, and cleanup is very quick. (Cleanup of the Poached Egg Starter Set took me over 25 minutes, too many cracks and crevices).
