I love this saucepan. It's deep enough to make fudge in and doesn't burn or stick. That is huge. I can't wait to replace my other pots. Still waiting for the egg poacher insert for the bistro pan. Then I will test the bistro pan out.

Great size pan. Fits on a small burner yet holds a large amount. Use it for soup, making candy and pudding. It is narrower on the bottom than the top. Pours out nicely.
