It is an excellent grill pan, it´s my second one. How would can I keep it in better condition?

Hi Norma! Thanks for your comment. Maintaining SCANPAN cookware is simple, just remember to clean it through after use and to make sure it is dry before storing it away. If the cookware is in heavy use, you may wish to use Bar Keepers Friend occasionally for a deeper clean than the standard dishwashing session.
