I have just purchased my 10th piece of CTX cookware and I am thrilled with the nonstick qualities of your product and the durability of the finish. I only wish that the holes in the handle were larger. Like many home chefs, I hang my pots and pans from a ceiling rack and it is very difficult to hook the pans with such small holes in the handle.
I've been a loyal Scanpan customer for many years. These are the first CTX models I have tried. Both the wok and the saute pan are amazing and the saute pan is attractive enough to place right on the dinner table.
