Great experience shopping website and selecting this gift for a loved one that enjoys cooking for friends and family. Arrived packaged very well in a timely manner, only a few days. This cookware is a Chritmas gift although I purchased in summertime. I wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount offered to some customers. I had previously purchased the CTX wok and chef pan set.

This is an excellent set of cookware. I have used Scanpan sauté and fry pans for several years and took this opportunity to upgrade the rest of my pots and pans. I love the nonstick coating used in these items.

We love cooking with the CTX 10 pans because the heat is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the pans. This is unlike some other pens we have used.
We do a lot of cooking and used to have a hotspot on our pants but that is now been eliminated.

First of all ScanPan quality, it's worldclass! I bought this set for my wife as a gift and she loves it. This set works excellently with her new induction range. These pans are very easy to clean (first, read the directions). I would recommend this set to anyone who is looking for new (quality) cookware.
LOVE these pans! I’m not a serious chef but even I can tell what a different their quality makes in the cooking process. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are heavier that I would have liked.
We followed allllll of the instructions, were careful not to overheat, no sprayed oils, etc. and still the nonstick faded within a couple of months. The surface is scratched more than my Cephalon or Pampered Chef pans did. Less than a year and to be honest, I'm kinda bummed, especially considering the significant investment this set was. The only upside is it's supposedly less toxic to cook in than normal Teflon pans.
PS--for some reason it is showing that "I do recommend this product" even when I select NO. To be clear--No, I do not recommend this product but the review seems to only accept yes...

I have gone through a LOT of pots and pans and I might add very expensive brands. I researched for some time to find the perfect ones and I will say, these are the best pots and pans I have ever used in my lifetime and I'm not young. Seriously good. I tend to get distracted while cooking and at times sloppy but these clean up easy, I haven't burned anything to where it stuck to the pan, they are so well made. I've recommended them to a lot of friends. Really, I have never had anything so good.
