I had never heard of ScanPans before, but when my Zwilling Forte set of pans needed to be replaced and I couldn’t find that line any longer, I began my research. I’m so happy with the ScanPan CS+ set! I truly need no oil added to the pans for things like eggs to release effortlessly. The pans clean up with minimal effort and the brushed stainless exterior is an upgrade over my previous set. These are very well-made and I expect to get years of life from these! One great feature is that these pans actually brown unlike most non-stick pans. When cooking a burger or searing a steak, these pans do an outstanding job - as good as cast iron or stainless. The litmus test for how good a product is, in my book, is if I would purchase the item again after having had time to use it and the answer is an enthusiastic, resounding yes!

Love the pans so far. Non stick for real. Sear well with induction on medium high no warping. Use mostly for eggs and sauces. Use my cast iron mainly for searing. Well made and super easy to clean.
