I love my new Scanpan Classic Induction set. These non-stick pans really are top notch and easy to cook with. I have had no issues with any sticking, from eggs to all kinds of meat. If you are thinking about purchasing them, just buy them! No Regrets! And their customer service is excellent.

I cannot say enough about this cookware set. I chose this set because it offered sauce pans with lids that would fit the fry pans of the set. We had ordered a saute pan previously with the plus(+) surface upgrade and that pan seems indestructible. We could not be happier to have found this product. Love my new cookware. Nothing sticks to the surface and they are so easy to clean. They heat up quickly and food cooks fast. My only complaint would be the weight of the pans. I have trouble with my hands and lifting the pans requires two hands for me. Would recommend these pans to anyone.

We are going thru a 3 month kitchen remodel. This referenced order was received over 30 days ago, probably some time in April. Just today we finally opened the box. The attached 10.25" skillet was broken, as seen in the attached. We called the
(877) 772-5467
number for support. The person who answered the phone (service center) said that because it's been past 30 day warranty, she won't do anything about it. We asked for a supervisor. We were told they were out to lunch and will return call when back. That didn't happen. This is our second Scanpan set of pots and pans in the last few years. We are changing from gas to induction, and elected to stick with Scanpan. The service posture we received today doesn't seem to represent what Scanpan is trying to achieve. If this represents it, I'm incredibly disappointed, and will certainly not purchase or recommend this Company to anyone.
Please forward this on to a person with the authority to make good on a product that was unused, and received broken. We are asking for a replacement skillet that matches the set we ordered. Feel free to contact via this email or email in order, or phone.

I've used classic Scanpans for about 20 years and loved them. I had to send two of those pans to back during that time because they were losing their finish. Scanpan was prompt in replacing them with new pans. hat set of cookware was still serving me well until I had to replace the set. They didn't work with our new induction stove. But I am pleased with the new 10-pc set of Induction cookware. I expect to get another 20 years out of this new one. I still want to replace my Scanpan wok. But that will come later. I recommend Scanpan to anyone who talks to me about pots/pans.

Fantastic cookware set. I did a lot of detailed research on Induction Principles, and Induction Cookware. I had never heard of the ScanPan brand before but after reading the history and background decided this would be the best quality set and ordered it. I was not dissappointed! It is very high-quality, high-endurance and super easy cleanup. That combination along with Induction cooking allowing meals ready in minutes cannot be beaten!
Bought this set along with a couple of other SCANPANS for my wife last Christmas. She had asked for them, as had a skillet which she inheireted from another family member previously. My wife loves them and cannot say enough about their quality and cooking abilities.
