Like many advanced home cooks, I have "enough" cookware but I use my outdoor grill kitchen a lot and was intrigued with the Scanpan products specifically the nonstick 5.25 QT Roasting Pan made from cast aluminum. After using the Scanpan Roasting Pan on my grill with vegtables, fish, potato casserole, lasgane, etc., I can report that the nonstick properties of this Roasting Pan are first class/excellent, its super well constructed, and heats very evenly. This is a replacement for one that was purchased many years ago. It was my favorite pan, in size and function until it blistered and areas that the finish had peeled away. I hope this one will be better. Time will tell.
