Very non-stick with the proper thickness to cook evenly. These do have some weight to them. Maybe lighter than All-Clad, but heavier than your typical non-sticks. So far we are really enjoying this cookware.

Two of the pits are scratched as if they were used. You need better quality checks for the price you’re charging.

After 50 years of using stainless steel I bought your cookware & am extremely pleased with it. I like the weight of it, how evenly it cooks, & especially the glass lids! And easy to clean. I love to cook & at 87 I’m so happy I chose this product!

I keep my new set well oiled, food does not stick and cleanup is easy. I also do not take the cookware from cold to hot and hot to cold. We are very pleased with our purchase.
