Ingredients:

  • Glass noodles
  • Sesame oil
  • Mixed vegetables (e.g. broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Light soy sauce

Directions

Start by cooking the glass noodles according to the packet instructions. Once they're done, drain the water, rinse them, and add a tablespoon of fragrant sesame oil. Toss the noodles well to infuse them with that delightful sesame flavor.

Place your wok on the stovetop and crank up the heat to high. The HAPTIQ Wok is compatible with all stove tops, ensuring that you can use it effortlessly, whether you have a gas or electric stove.

Add your mixed vegetables to the preheated wok, season them with garlic, salt and pepper, and drizzle in some sesame oil. Toss the veggies for about 30 seconds until they become fragrant and start to soften.

Now, it's time to introduce the star of the show – the shrimp. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they change color and become opaque.

Bring it all together by tossing in the cooked glass noodles and shredded cabbage. Let everything cook together for an additional 1-2 minutes. Don't forget to drizzle in those essential 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to elevate the umami quotient.

The result? A mouthwatering shrimp stir fry that's bursting with flavors and textures. And just like that, dinner is ready!

Happy cooking!
