Ingredients: 

4 tablespoons of butter 

4 cups mini marshmallows 

5 cups crispy rice cereal 

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

Pinch of kosher salt

Directions: 

Preheat your 3.25-quart roaster directly on the stovetop. 

Add the butter and stir gently as it melts. Keep going until it turns golden and nutty—this is your flavor magic moment. Toss in the marshmallows and stir until the mixture is smooth, stretchy, and irresistible.
