Easter dinner isn’t complete without a beautifully glazed ham, and this version with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries is a holiday classic. Not only does it bring a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, but it also creates a stunning centerpiece for your table. Using your Professional 4.25qt Chef Panyou’ll get even heat distribution, plenty of space for a large ham, and the convenience of oven safety up to 500°F.

Ingredients:

1 (12-pound) bone-in ham

½ cup whole cloves (optional)

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple rings in heavy syrup

½ cup packed brown sugar

1 (4-ounce) jar maraschino cherries

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).Place your ham in your chef pan. If using cloves, insert them evenly across the surface of the ham for added depth of flavor.

Drain the juice from the canned pineapple into a medium bowl, then stir in the brown sugar until well combined.

Pour the juice mixture over the ham, making sure it’s well coated.

Arrange the pineapple rings over the ham and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each ring. Secure everything with toothpicks.

Bake uncovered for 4 to 5 hours, basting frequently with the pan juices. The ham is ready when the internal temperature reaches 160°F (72°C)—make sure the meat thermometer does not touch the bone. Discard the toothpicks before slicing and enjoy your beautifully caramelized ham!

This versatile chef pan is spacious enough to comfortably hold a large ham, ensuring even cooking and easy basting. Its oven-safe design (up to 500°F) allows you to transition seamlessly from stovetop prep to oven roasting, making it an ideal choice for special occasion meals.

This sweet and savory Easter ham is sure to impress your guests, filling your home with delicious aromas and bringing everyone together for a memorable meal. Happy Easter and happy cooking!
